Aside from not being able to find the property (y’all, get a bigger sign or add in the directions that the hotel is right behind the gas station). Anyways, back to our stay. From the start our experience was great. I did not get the name of the receptionist, her long braided hair should be a dead giveaway. She was so sweet, let us check in an hour early and apologized profusely when I realized we had a second floor room (my mom is disabled and the stairs are rough for her) there were no first floor rooms available but we appreciated her trying. The room smelled so good when we entered. Everything was beautiful and well kept. We would have liked a microwave but easily lived without it. The beds were heavenly, the air conditioner was ice cold and the tv was easy to use. It took us two nights to realize we had a balcony but that’s partially our fault. But we’re going to blame you guys. The beds were so comfortable we overslept both days. All in all, we would 100% stay here again.

I need an accessible room and there were a couple things that I simply don’t think they were aware of that could be beneficial, so I let them know. They wrote down notes for everything and thanked me for letting them know. They said they’re going to address all of it.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was pristine clean. The air conditioner was new so NO mold, etc, air quality was very good. Room looked to be updated, beds very comfy. No carpet!!! very clean. Price was reasonable.

This hotel is going through renovations (new owners). You can tell they are making a remarkable change. The friendliness of the staff is paramount to any stay! Keep up the great work Tee and we will be back to see you soon:)
